We collect four types of data to optimize your experience and ensure platform security:
- Personal Information: Your name, email, phone number, and payment details. Used to create accounts, process payments, and deliver receipts and never shared without consent.
- Usage Data: How you interact with our tools: login times, menu edits, order volumes. Helps us improve features and troubleshoot issues. preferences.
- Device Information: Device type (iPad/Android), browser, and IP address. Ensures compatibility and detects unauthorized access. We anonymize this data post-session.
- Location Information: Optional access for local promotions or delivery tracking. Disable anytime in settings.
How we use your information

Registration Data: Account

Payment Processing
We partner with PCI-DSS compliant gateways (Stripe, PayPal). Deliciasya never stores card numbers—only transaction IDs and amounts. Chargebacks incur a $25 fee. Subscriptions auto-renew; cancel 48 hours before billing cycles. Disputed payments may freeze account access until resolved.
Updates
Terms update quarterly. We’ll notify you via email 30 days before changes take effect. Continued use after updates implies acceptance. Archived versions are available at legal.deliciasya.com/archive. Major revisions (e.g., fee increases) allow 60-day opt-out windows. Disagree with changes? Export your data and close your account before the effective date.
